Only 2 years to vest 401k plan. Company contributes 3% staritng day one without any employee contribution. Only 2 weeks starting vacation plan. Rises to 3 weeks after 5 years.
Health insurance after 30 days hired, 401k with company match, employee stock purchase program. Do wish we had more vacation days - it's pretty standard.
The Health benefits is the best part of the benefits package. They really want us to take care of our selves
