Employer Summary

A time away program to provide flexibility and support. This includes
12 paid holidays:
New Year’s Day
Martin Luther King Day
President’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day (2 days)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day After Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year’s Eve

The time away program also includes vacation time and sick time. For exempt employees, vacation time is not recorded or accrued, providing greater flexibility in scheduling time away with manager approval for relaxation or other personal time. For non-exempt employees, vacation time is accrued based on years of service, starting at 15 days per year.

    Unlimited days off, however this was done to get people to work more. People often did not take all of their allotted days off previously.

    Lenovo has unlimited vacation which sounds great in principle. However, beware that this means you have to remember to take time off and that you won't get any payouts for vacation if you are laid off.
