Benefits package is really great. Company match with 401k, generous paid time off and excellent medical/dental/vision coverage.
They had a good 401k plan they matched @5% which is better than most places that I've seen.
Company match 401K, Paid time off, educational assistance
Vacation time is i believe 15 days the first year. And typically 14 days of holidays each year with usually two days off for July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. The past two years, Leo Burnett has given the company the last week of the year off, although some find the method of doing so unethical - requiring a certain dollar amount to be donated to a charity collectively by employees. Vision package is raved about by eyecare service providers as being the best. 401K matching is 100% for 1-3%, 4% & 5% are 50% match. Clients provide perks to agency employees.
Comprehensive benefits package. A lot of company perks too.
Pay was low, compared to other top agencies. Vacations are too short. Work felt 24/7. Upper management not sensitive to employees needs. Too much micro management in retail production dept.
Vacation time, summer hours and holidays.
every single perk is wonderful. health is great. They have a gym for employees. overall, great perks for employees. They offer competitive benefits based on other companies.
Vacation and benefits are top notch. While the salary can sometimes lack these made it totally worth it. Also a matching 401 k which is awesome.
Good benefits. From what i have seen pretty standard with what all large companies offer now.
