Start with 15 PTO. Unlimited sick days (don't abuse it). Summer days (3-5). Lots of holidays, for example if Memorial day is on Friday, you get that day and the following Monday off. Gym deal for the city is pretty great too. One of the best overall packages in regards to health etc.

I am on my husbands health insurance so I cannot comment on that...but the 401K plan was more than fair. They had tons of paid holidays (Friday and Monday off for Labor Day and Memorial Day). Summer days off and more than fair vacation plan.

Medical, Dental, Vision plans are top notch. Solid benefit package overall. There are also legal services available which I found useful.

Great health insurance, but 401K matching policy (vesting schedule) takes a few years.

Leo Burnett has above average benefits. They have an artist in residence program, on site fitness club and there are numerous opportunities to get involved in clubs and volunteer activities.

Pretty good insurance options. They match 401k and are pretty generous with paid holidays. We get 15 paid holidays and summer hours.
