“They have a High Deductible HDA”
“Company offers competitive amount, it is use it or lose it”
“This is a benefits area where the company excels”
Healthcare, vision, dental are far better than major competitors up the road! Much lower premiums, deductibles, copay's, and out of pocket maxes for PPO options. Only major minuses would be with the 401(k) plan and no benefits option for dependent care/daycare like Bright Horizons. 401(k) is 5% company match and only deposits twice annually.
100% 401k match up to 5% with multiple investment options to choose from. 9/80 work schedule. Great health insurance. Decent amount of sick time and PTO
Vacation, sick time, paid volunteer time, 401k match, health, dental, vision, charity match
they have great medicare benefits, and great vision and dental. holiday paid, 9/80 schedule each other Friday off. Discount for many major vacation and shopping companies. Conference, degree credit hours covered and training courses provided to enhance engineers skills.
Good co pays good benefits all around
The benefits package available at Leonardo DRS is competitive for the industry in most areas. Above average in others
For a new hire it's 80 hours of PTO a year and 45-50 (somewhere around here) of sick time. It all rolls over each year until you hit 240 hours and then there's a buy back. I have a high deductible health plan (they also contribute to your HSA) but they also have a lower deductible plan, just with a higher cost each pay period. 401k match is up to 100% up to 5%.
Health Insurance is better than most of the companies of similar size. The company's 401 K matching contribution lower than other average company.
Leonardo DRS has fairly comprehensive traditional benefits.
Great benefits. Paid sick and vacation. 401k company match. Medical, dental and vision care at minimal cost to employee.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
