Health insurance through United Health Care is good. Company has 401k matching plan and a profit sharing program that can be very nice on years the company is financially strong.
The cost to the employee was expensive however it provided little coverage.

Management pays more in health insurance. PTO package is laughable.

Benefits are good, health is gettong more expensive for worse coverage each year but that seems to be the way it goes. Profit sharing but does vary, 401k match half what you put in up to 7%. Life dental vision etc.
