Best thing: Generous paid vacation for all employees Worst thing: Tipped employees cannot contribute to the 401(k) plan except through paycheck deductions, SEVERELY limiting its usefulness
Best thing is the health care package- I have not seen anything like it for an hourly worker at a restaurant. Phenomenal health care package for every single full time employee, and a 401K option with matching if you so choose!
The company really cares about it's employees and you can see that every day when you go into work. All the restaurants are different, but you can tell an LEYE restaurant as soon as you walk inside. The principles they live by really show how much they care about the employees and the guests.
The employee discount and flexibility is great
Adheres to work-life balance with two days off a week and accelerated vacation accrual.
They try to give absolutely all of their employees and opportunity to be covered under their health insurance and offer different plans to those that do not qualify.
Pretty cool place to work
High quality health insurance, very generous employee discount, and flexible with scheduling. Overall very satisfied with the benefits, which are very generous for the hospitality industry.
Maternity leave is only two weeks paid, which feels like nothing. Health insurance is good, but the 401K plan is a joke.
Insurance has changed alot since the change in insurance nation wide. Otherwise, they give a discount to all employees, a help fund can be applied for if needed, paid vacation to regular full time employees
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
