    There is a good benefits package at LLS which includes all categories health, dental, 403B, PTO, etc. Can be difficult to understand however.

    Strong benefits package. The employer covers ~75% of the healthcare costs, medical, vision and dental are all provided as options. 10 paid holidays, 3 weeks vacation (plus an additional week after 5 years of employment), 3 personal days, 2 floating holidays, and 10 sick days. For the past several years, the CEO has also given the organization off between Christmas and New Years, in addition to the other paid holidays. There is a strong 403b program. LLS contributes 3.5% or 5% of your pay to the 403b program, percentage of contribution depends on years of service.

    There is inconsistency from year to year with the sense that the corporation is trying to nickel and dime benefits.

    Didn’t get anything as an intern. But I know they are lenient in sick days for interns. Loved the place.

    LLS is very generous with the benefits package, especially time off. Employees get a minimum of 2 weeks vacation, 5 personal days, 3 floating holidays, and sick days.
