401k Matching is the best your are going to get in any modern company. Healthcare like in all industry's is pay to play. you pay to get better health. The Vacation time off is the most I have seen as well as you have the ability to purchase 2 weeks extra time off if needed.
Best: complete coverage Worst: early on was a hassle to complete the paperwork
401K and company match; 28 paid days off (including sick days); 2 cares days for community work; medical benefits; $5K/year tuition reimbursement; on-site health screening with financial incentives...
Health insurance selection is not great, the company subsidized cost is also not great compare to other tech companies. Paid time off is 15-21 days unless you are with the company much longer than 5 years. Paid time off also is use or lose it per year cannot be rolled over.
The best benefit is the 401K matching program.
Lexis Nexis used to have the best benefits package on the market. Throughout the years things have changed and the benefits did as well. The 401k program is wonderful at Lexis Nexis. The new health insurance plan could be tweaked a bit to offer employees lower rates.
401K is best part and relaxed environment and people are friendly
Good benefits, although seem to have more than doubled in cost this year (likely due to Affordable Health Care Act) and not LexisNexis' choice. Options and tools are plentiful, while costs, 401k, vacation and time off are all competitive with other companies of this size.
Options for health insurance are good, although employee cost is high.
The best things are the interesting options that LexisNexis provides like summer hours and being able to purchase vacation days.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
