As an intern I was not eligible for any benefits but the ones for the full time reps they seemed to enjoy. Some received the ability to work from home on certain days for hitting monthly or quarterly goals
Best thing is the amount of PTO.
Great 401k match, above average PTO, ability to work from home in most roles and onsite cafeteria with a wide variety of choices.
Benefits are terrible at the company
good benefits at this company
Benefits at LN are good: 401k match, PTO is 23 days after 2 or 3 years, 10 holidays, 2 volunteer days, and remote working opportunities for certain positions. The health insurance is on the expensive side, but otherwise good overall benefits.
401k Matching is the best your are going to get in any modern company. Healthcare like in all industry's is pay to play. you pay to get better health. The Vacation time off is the most I have seen as well as you have the ability to purchase 2 weeks extra time off if needed.
Best: complete coverage Worst: early on was a hassle to complete the paperwork
401K and company match; 28 paid days off (including sick days); 2 cares days for community work; medical benefits; $5K/year tuition reimbursement; on-site health screening with financial incentives...
Health insurance selection is not great, the company subsidized cost is also not great compare to other tech companies. Paid time off is 15-21 days unless you are with the company much longer than 5 years. Paid time off also is use or lose it per year cannot be rolled over.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
