Great healthcare benefits, including coverage for Fertility Treatments up to $14,000. That's pretty rare to find.
The health insurance is average at best. The rest of the benefits are competitive with other large corporate entities. They do seem to have good work-life balance, at least in the department I work in.
The 401k contribution is one of the best that I've seen in the industry. The amount of PTO/Sick days beat many other companies too.
Employee not vested in 401K if leaves before 3 years.
Generous PTO and 401K matching
High-deductible plan, but overall great options for benefits.
Great health benefits at a reasonable cost HSA match, 401k partial match, Pro-Bono days, charity days. Attractive annual entitlement to paid time off.
Benefits package comprehensive and similar to other companies of similar size.
Benefits reasonable relative to other companies. Each year, more costs are pushed on to employees.
Medical benefits continue to decline; the sole option is a high-deductible plan (with your choice of two high levels) and the employer contribution to the HSA keeps getting smaller with more hoops to jump through. Vision care and dental care are still good, especially vision. Vacation and sick leave are lumped together into PTO, which I prefer, but none rolls over at year end. In addition there are around 9 paid holidays a year. Good 401(k) match (up to 9%, I think). Adoption assistance and leave is a great thing.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
