Very good benefits and good company to work for
The best things are the interesting options that LexisNexis provides like summer hours and being able to purchase vacation days.
PTO is pretty good and increases every few years. Holidays are pretty standard. However, insurance is sub par at best.
Their only affordable insurance option is their offer high deductible medical insurance.
401k allowed loans but any repayment had to be the payment amount, no extra amount to whittle down the total...
reasonable vacation and paid time off
Great healthcare benefits, including coverage for Fertility Treatments up to $14,000. That's pretty rare to find.
The health insurance is average at best. The rest of the benefits are competitive with other large corporate entities. They do seem to have good work-life balance, at least in the department I work in.
The 401k contribution is one of the best that I've seen in the industry. The amount of PTO/Sick days beat many other companies too.
Employee not vested in 401K if leaves before 3 years.
