Reasonable benefits are provided from the company which is slightly better than market average - 401k, insurance, bonus, paternity leaves. The benefits get better with experience.

High deductibles since Obamacare was enforced. Still very affordable bi-weekly employee contributions and decent coverage.
Great health insurance for all employee
Only 2 plan options available, both high deductible, one has a lower deductible than the other. Both only pay out at 80% after deductible is met. Basically, pray you don't get sick, or you win the lottery to cover any expenses if you have a major issue and do chew through the deductible. The added costs to cover a spouse or a domestic partner are astronomical.
