Great 401k with matching that increases as you evolve. Full Health, Dental, Optical, Life insurance.
Liaison has an unusual arrangement with their contractors and employees. Amount of PTO is below average but you accrue it right away, can cash it out anytime as you accrue it, and you earn more with more seniority at the company. 401K matching is below what I've gotten elsewhere.
Unlike other placement agencies in Austin, Liaison brings you on as a fulltime employee and does offer healthcare, dental, and eye insurance. The company pays a portion of your healthcare benefits. Additionally, they offer 401k, life insurance, disability. The worst thing is the shocking amount they charge as a markup to your salary. You could make more money and get better benefits by being employed full time at the company where you work instead (which I suppose is an argument against that company). Additionally, while the company does contribute toward healthcare, it is by far the worst package I've ever had. It's essentially there to say you have insurance but you still pay entirely out of pocket unless you want to pay far more per year for a marginally better plan.
Liaison pays for their employees' benefits. That's right. Employees get the base level coverage for absolutely NO cost. How many companies do that these days? Employees also have access to a robust wellness program, employee assistance program, 401k with matching, and on and on and on!
Medical was fully paid and 401K matching was decent. If you are at Dell, they match the vacation to Dell employees with the exception of maternity leave.
