The company provides everything a modern-day company would be expected to provide. Good health/life insurance. 401K plan. Work from home. It is very inclusive.
The benefits go only slightly beyond what I would call adequate. There's a partial covering of health care. There's a 401(k) match that is good, but not amazing. There's more than enough paid time off even for new hires.
Overall, the benefits are good, but the employee health premiums are and deductibles are rather high.
The health insurance package is quite good. Most things are covered, and employee contributions are not astronomical. The company gives a 50% match to retirement contributions. The time off package is average.
Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Care
Best thing - The difference between the HMO and the PPO plan is a mater of 40 cents a month! It's great to know I can elect a plan that is best for me, rather than what is cheaper.
As the company grows, the amount that the company pays towards benefits is lowering, but they still pay in a good amount. Also, the quality of the benefits is very good.
Company perks include lavish summer and winter company-wide parties, gym membership rebates, free on-site parking, spacious cubicles
