The Liberty Mutual Medical Plan offers coverage for your health and medical needs, and you are immediately eligible to enroll upon your date of employment. The plan is a preferred provider option (PPO) design, offered to eligible employees scheduled and working 20 or more hours per week. You may also enroll your eligible dependents.
United Health is awful, but it got a lot worse when they switched everyone to the CDHP. The PPO wasn't great, but for just a slightly higher premium, more was covered. My paycheck got smaller once I had to start funding an HSA to cover the high out of pocket costs. I had to switch every doctor I had, and in some case wait up to four months for an emergency visit to a mental health provider, because of how limited the in-network doctor options are.
Recently changed to an employer created plan that more than tripled my decutable
high deductible plan only, additional cost for dental/vision
Health care isn’t terrible but it’s not the best either. Out of pockets are high with large deductible
Outstanding benefits no issues found the pay is great, the training is out of this world. I would have loved to continue to work here.
Great list of doctors, full benefits
decent at first (2013) but switched over to HSA's and lesser coverage within 2-3 years of being there
Health care covers medical, dental and eyecare. There is a website you go to to find doctors covered by your insurance. Nothing out of this world
Only high deductible options available
Used to have decent insurance, now we only have one choice and it's a high deductible plan. Not competitive at all.
