    Maternity leave policy was updated in 2018 and is great for new moms. Unfortunately, I was never going to benefit from it, so this amazing policy wasn't enough to keep me at Liberty.

    Paternity leave isn't fabulous, but it is available. Maternity leave is pretty average, as well.
