We provide time off through holidays, flexible time off, and special time allowances such as bereavement and jury duty. Liberty also offers a number of other paid and unpaid leaves of absence, such as disability leave, military leave, family/medical leave, and personal leave.
Flexible time offer was very good
Those in a Commission Role only receive paid time off in the amount of their base salary (maybe $12-$14/hr) which only makes up 20-30% of their income , so their employees get burned out, feeling unable to take vacations.
Not the best in terms of vacation. Can only carry over a certain amount.
Easy to submit, accrued really slow for part-timers
There are 4 paid personal days plus accumulated paid time off each month which can roll over
20 days for sick time and vacation plus 4 days flex holiday. Can carry 20 days across year
Awesome vacation and paid time off - great workplace flexibility to use it
Pretty standard stuff. If you're thinking of leaving, save your vacation time and get paid out because that was pretty good. The only issue with vacation was the passive aggressiveness you'd get from some people when taking it. I took two consecutive weeks once, which my manager was fine with as was my team, but people from other groups made comments about how much time I took.
You get 2 days off a month
Provides work life flex time off and 2 weeks for the first five years. The company takes care of its employees and provided the best package that I ever have seen.
