Provides work life flex time off and 2 weeks for the first five years. The company takes care of its employees and provided the best package that I ever have seen.

You begin accruing paid time off right away. Time off is accrued monthly, so you accrue time off for June whether you start on June 1st or June 30th. You accrue more time off after each chunk of year, e.g., 1-3 years is a certain accrual rate, 4-10 years is a greater rate, etc.
