We provide time off through holidays, flexible time off, and special time allowances such as bereavement and jury duty. Liberty also offers a number of other paid and unpaid leaves of absence, such as disability leave, military leave, family/medical leave, and personal leave.

Start with 3 weeks vacation, no extra suck time. Move up from there based on role and/or time of service.
Vacation days are 30-days plus and includes sick time. The vacation days are based on how long you are with the company.
Liberty offers excellent vacation time off.
There is no worse benefit of vacation time. They are very good. Only problem is if you don't use all your vacation time by the end of the year, you can only carry over a certain amount of time and then you lose your time off

Those in a Commission Role only receive paid time off in the amount of their base salary (maybe $12-$14/hr) which only makes up 20-30% of their income , so their employees get burned out, feeling unable to take vacations.
