Reimbursing my MBA tuition and books expenses (started program after 1 year of employment), so thrilled! Capped at $9K reimbursement per year ‘til paid off, allocated in an annual lump sum (excludes accrued interest on loans needed to be taken out, and must receive B+ or better in the course for it to be eligible). One of THE BEST benefits at the company, and a real win-win!
Pension and decent 401k (match 1st 4%). PTO starts at 3 weeks and goes up to 5 with 4 personal days. Mothers and Fathers get paid time off after having or adopting a child. High deductible HSA is only medical option with pretty expensive premiums but they do give you HSA money every year as of now. WFH available for many. Solid bonus program for all associates.
