The vacation is a pretty standard but good package with sick days as well. They have various health/dental/vision plans with good options.

How much do you work out a week to cut? I was reading a bunch of articles that said 6x/week (3x weight, 3x cardio). Pre-covid I did 5-7x/week and wasn’t seeing great results. During lockdown to pre-cutting, I did 2-4x + walks/hikes on weekends. I find by workout day 5/6, my body feels so fatigued, I either skip or switch out a weight day and do restorative yoga/another LIDL cardio day instead. Today was my 6th workout (jumprope tabata) and I could barely do it which then just feels pointless.
The height of salary in combination withe the paying overtime
Excellent benefits, good coverage, dental, vision, and health plus 401K after 6 months.
