the training is done 1 on 1 with the manager you train a lot over the computer and watching videos and answering questions. it took me 2 weeks to complete. not fun at all you also train on the embroidery machine
I had to rely on previous management experience. I was given a booklet to complete, mostly about company history and policies then thrown into a 12 hrs shift by myself on the first day of work.
A series of packets you were required to read. After reading you were to fill out a questionnaire.
It's easy, and trainers are usually very patient. They have the means to ensure thorough training and practice
