Good health insurance. Decent vacation and paid time off (although not great), typical for a mid-size company. Very poor 401K match.
Higher co-payments and less options.
Get an extra week of Vacation time at 5 years, to total 4 weeks for the year plus 2 weeks sick time.
Vacation is little and allotted each pay period, making spotaneous vacations impossible. 401k only sticks if you work there for more than 2.5 years.
Medical Plan is terrible, benefits costly, no Kaiser, not enough sick days
PPO is too expensive when you have a family/are married
Did not start on first day of work, did not cover much at all, very expensive, have never had such a bad package.
