They have good benefits, the best thing about the benefits is they have a no copays for the doctors I went to, obviously it depends on where you go but it’s good.
Flexible options. Health, HSA or FSA, Dental, Vision, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, 401K. Employer pays high percentage of individual health premiums, but lower percentage of family coverage.
For a single woman needing insurance the medical and dental are outrageous and cover very little.
Good health insurance offered with BlueCross BlueShield of TN, dental and vision offered, no 401K matching
Good sick time and vacation time allowed. No matching 401K
family health coverage fairly expensive, not bad benefits for a small rural area
The benefits are mediocre. The health insurance has high deductible. No 401k matching. Have to wait a full year before you can use vacation time.
401k was good but pay was not and sometimes company stopped contributions. They had good health benefit's but it took a large chunk of my paycheck. Offered sick pay, vacation and fmla.
Great insurance although a bit pricey but worth it I feel. Vacation, sick time, etc. pretty standard. Also offer 401k plus vision and dental
The company told me I was getting 80 vacation time after 1 year, gave paperwork stating such, then turned around and gave 60, NICE.... Horrible health insurance, you'll be paying upwards of 600-700 per month for family plan, spent a couple hours in ER 2 pills an IV 3 hours =1000.00 out of pocket, NICE... Sick time is now hidden and not disclosed on check and no way to track it, the math doesn't add up and they WILL short you, billion dollar company skimming money from the little man, not surprised from a company that was hit with 145 million dollar fraud scam with medicare earlier this year, google it....
