They have good benefits, the best thing about the benefits is they have a no copays for the doctors I went to, obviously it depends on where you go but it’s good.

Pros: good PTO, and standard healthcare/dental/vision package. Cons: no employee match for 401K.

If you needed time off, the staffing coordinator will most likely give it to you. I personally did not have benefits or anything like that.

Not bad if you only need insurance for yourself but add a wife and it gets unreasonable. 70% coverage with $1200 deductible and $40 copays on top of monthly cost.

Flexible options. Health, HSA or FSA, Dental, Vision, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, 401K. Employer pays high percentage of individual health premiums, but lower percentage of family coverage.

For a single woman needing insurance the medical and dental are outrageous and cover very little.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Physical Therapist in Old Hickory, Tennessee

Good health insurance offered with BlueCross BlueShield of TN, dental and vision offered, no 401K matching

  • Oct 21, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Physical Therapist in Glendale, Arizona

Good sick time and vacation time allowed. No matching 401K

  • Oct 19, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Wartburg, Tennessee

family health coverage fairly expensive, not bad benefits for a small rural area

StarStarStarStarStar Former Occupational Therapist in Eugene, Oregon

The benefits are mediocre. The health insurance has high deductible. No 401k matching. Have to wait a full year before you can use vacation time.
