Good pay salary. Medical, 401k, PTO, and overtime
They offered nothing. No training. Didn't tell us anything about anything.
The best thing is that, the package is reliable. When you need to use it, its solid. The not so good thing. When the facility is at low census and you have to go home. You must use your PTO time, Which effects how much vacation time you may have.
vacation pay after 1 year you accumulate sick pay with every pay check vacation pay goes down if you use any of that sick pay.. crazy i know right?
There is no benefits package in place.

Best - Dental Insurance is pretty good Worst - No matching, no incentive to do more due to 1% overall raise
No 401k. Only 2-3 days bereavement for an immediate family member's death. Wildly expensive health plan. When you leave, the company keeps 55% of your earned time.
No 401k matches and only 3 raises over the last 9 years. Medical benefits are going down as well.
