PTO was accrued weekly 4hrs per 40 hour week. More was offered for employees who had worked there 5+ years. 401k, Harvard Pilgrim insurance.
way too expensive 10 is way too many choices knock it down to 5
Comprehensive and all inclusive benefits
The Insurance Package is good, it covers, medicine as well. They offer medical, vision, dental. 401k, they do not match, or contribute anything. Paid Hoildays, vac days, an sick days. Overall it’s pretty good
It is time Life Care treat their employees as the “most valuable resource” they promise in the handbook. Simply change vacation/sick to PTO that starts after 90 days and builds yearly with possibility for roll over or buy out. Please put total PTO on every paycheck for keeping up with benefits left. Also, MATCH SOME PORTION OF 401K!
Employee portion of medical is expensive, no 401k match, no perks, 4 week vacation max no matter how many years of employment, sick/personal days do not roll over- you loose them at the end of year....
medical insurance is good, dental and vision are both mediocre. no 401k match. sad.
The best thing about Life Care Centers benefits package is that it covers all my needs such as medical and vision. I even still get paid for vacations, when I’m sick, and the holidays.
No 401K match. Expensive insurance for the coverage. PTO accrues relatively quickly, especially after several years
