No PTO. No vacation the first year. 2weeks the 2nd year, 3 weeks after 5 years, but now using some formula to base your vacay days on hours worked the previous year.

they frown upon using your sick days benefit, however if you don't use them they take them away at the end of the year, there is no incentive to NOT call in , they dont let you use them for vacation.

We don'e have just paid time off. It is either vacation, holiday, or sick day. Vacations can't be taken during a holiday unless requested 90 days in advance.

The worst thing is you have to wait an entire year before you can use it. I think they do this because they have such a high turnover they know few people will reach the one year mark and so they don't have to pay for much vacation.

Very good benefits....offer short and long term disability plus life insurance for spouse and employee. A tad expensive but worth it
