PTO increases based on years of service at this company. base pro 2 weeks.
I was on sick leave for a while and I had enough vacation and paid time off to use to cover all of my time off so I could still get paid.
We have no PTO, vacation, or paid sick days until a full year if employment
No paid vacation for the first year of employment, PTO/sick days accrued 1 per month up to 10 max and must be used within calendar year
Good vacation time and sick time with flexibility to change hours worked. No matching 401K
We don'e have just paid time off. It is either vacation, holiday, or sick day. Vacations can't be taken during a holiday unless requested 90 days in advance.
The worst thing is you have to wait an entire year before you can use it. I think they do this because they have such a high turnover they know few people will reach the one year mark and so they don't have to pay for much vacation.
Very good benefits....offer short and long term disability plus life insurance for spouse and employee. A tad expensive but worth it
Must work for a full year to be eligible. LCCA offers less paid time off than any other job I have held. They are not focused on treating the staff as an asset.
PTO is fair, adds up quickly if you are full time
