StarStarStarStarStar Current Physical Therapist in Glendale, Arizona

Good vacation time and sick time with flexibility to change hours worked. No matching 401K

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Wartburg, Tennessee

We don'e have just paid time off. It is either vacation, holiday, or sick day. Vacations can't be taken during a holiday unless requested 90 days in advance.

The worst thing is you have to wait an entire year before you can use it. I think they do this because they have such a high turnover they know few people will reach the one year mark and so they don't have to pay for much vacation.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Staff RN in Humansville, Missouri

Very good benefits....offer short and long term disability plus life insurance for spouse and employee. A tad expensive but worth it

  • Jul 14, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current CNA in Denver, Colorado

Must work for a full year to be eligible. LCCA offers less paid time off than any other job I have held. They are not focused on treating the staff as an asset.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Staff Nurse in Scituate, Massachusetts

PTO is fair, adds up quickly if you are full time

  • May 04, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Saint Louis, Missouri

Does not accrue until after 1st year

  • Apr 25, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Lpn in West Lafayette, Indiana

Best thing is you get a set amount of sick days from the start, and vacation time goes up each year you are there.

  • Nov 05, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current CNA in New Port Richey, Florida

If the facility is at low census, not at full staffing. We have to take our turn at leaving. Which means we have to use our PTO time for that day. That ends up determining how much vacation or sick time you have.
