“It is extremely expensive, especially for a family who with one parent has an income the same as a single person”

  • 401K Plan  (4 comments)

“They only match 3 percent. Options they give you seem to be making money currently.”

They are pretty good about reimbursing you for expenses and have a person/team to oversee your benefits.

Best is the PTO, worst is Health Insurance. It's expensive, and doesn't cover much.

Best would be 401K seems to be making money. Worst is the cost of insurance and every year the deductibles are extremely high. They no longer give raises out so you are stuck at 35,000 a year plus commission if you are lucky enough to make it!

I did not personally take the benefits package. I have heard it was decent though and it was pretty easy to find providers that took the insurance lifeline provides.
