401K match was very competitive. Vacation was also good. Health average. There are also numerous other benefits like legal advice, ESPP, discounts on purchases from certain retailers.

Most hourly positions offer 3 weeks paid vacation and 1 week sick time from the start which is then accrued annually.

They had the most insanely amazing Employee Stock Purchase Plan of all time, but then they cut it because they were giving away too much free money. Health Plan was good and paid vacation/etc was pretty typical.

Great health plan, work life balance, time off and flexibility with hours. Time off to care for family. Time off to care for injury as well.

Great options for the benefits package at Life Tech. In additon to health benefits; you had the ability to earn flex spending dollars through a variety of activities. One year, I earned about $500 in my health savings account. The company also sponsored onsite blood drives and a yearly health screening fair.

health insurance is so-so. very high deductible that almost feels like insurance is non-existent. a lot of out pocket cost to the employee.

Stock and retirement was good. Weird health programs. Not bad, just required you to exercise to unlock maximal health saving benifits.
