Benefits are average. Full time employees recieve PTO, but is very difficult to accrue

You can’t beat free gym membership, all the gym equipment are very good and new.

Life Time Fitness’s small insurance (at the time) provider had zero information on their insurance card about my policy. In turn, had to reschedule a doctor's appointment. Due to the fact my card didn’t have a co-pay listed. Ps - The doctor’s office couldn’t contact the insurance provider to find out, because it was on a weekend.

The best thing was being able to have a free gym membership to all the Onyx Lifetime Facilities and having a employee discount at the Lifetime Cafe and Spa

You basically pay out of pocket

Health and dental are cheap because they assume you're a healthy person. Time off is little to none.

They give you 7 days PTO. For a company that "values" heath and wellness, that is not enough PTO!
