You can’t beat free gym membership, all the gym equipment are very good and new.
Benefits are average. Full time employees recieve PTO, but is very difficult to accrue
Life Time Fitness’s small insurance (at the time) provider had zero information on their insurance card about my policy. In turn, had to reschedule a doctor's appointment. Due to the fact my card didn’t have a co-pay listed. Ps - The doctor’s office couldn’t contact the insurance provider to find out, because it was on a weekend.
Time off may only be entered 6 hrs a day even through you work more hours.
The best thing was being able to have a free gym membership to all the Onyx Lifetime Facilities and having a employee discount at the Lifetime Cafe and Spa

Along with the traditional benefits package of insurance and 401K, you also receive a free membership to the most recognized high end health fitness club in the USA.
Health and dental are cheap because they assume you're a healthy person. Time off is little to none.
They give you 7 days PTO. For a company that "values" heath and wellness, that is not enough PTO!
Hardly any benefits aside from free gym membership. You are so tired of the place and the phoney managers that you wouldn't want to be there any longer than you have to, let alone using the gym.
