Having access to the gym is very nice. Not only do you have access to your local gym, but others nationally.
The only benefit I personally had was the discount on services like beauty salon and life spa. As an LT eployee LT requires you to be early on the job. But in two years didn’t say anything until one day I was made to sign the changes on my hourly rate to comply with CA , lower my base pay and payed minimum for the 15 minutes before then 15after the class.
Very well rounded benefits. Dental, Vision, Medical, PTO, 401k, short and long term disability options, included life insurance policy. Up to 25% bonus on base salary. Unfortunately, the perks for area leads/regional trainers are not on par with competitors. (No company car, phone, spending card, etc...)
You do get a free membership to the gym when you are employed there, but that is the only benefit as a part time worker. This I suppose is supposed to make up for the lack of pay, but if you are at work or school most of the time you don't really want to go to work to work out.

There was a free gym membership included if you worked at Lifetime which was my main incentive to work there for the Summer position
You only eligible if you are a full time employee (36 hrs) but if you come short on the required amount of hours for a month you will lose you eligibility. But you have to keep an eye on your mailbox to find out, you'll recieve a warning letter. But it may be too late by the time you recieve it
There are mone for part time employees. We are hired as an at will employee. Fired for amy reason.
