Dental, vision, 401k w/ matching, health insurance, a great amount of PTO days, ability to work from home, fitness center in building
Best: Medical benefits So-so: Vacation/time off -- when you can take can be entirely at the discretion of your manager so you have to ask first, even if you're time off can't be at any other time (I had to make changes based on mgr's decision) So-so: WFH - again at the discretion of your manager even when it suits both parties, you have a proven record of quality work at previous WFH w/ previous managers and no discussion over any other options
Small company but reasonable package for a big family. A manageable deductible.
The perks were awesome you had a lot of discounts for everything from vacations, to dining, car rentals, furniture etc. The health insurance was horrible, you had to spend about 3k-5k just to receive assistance. So if you're not terminally ill or always in the doctor you will be spending tons of money just for a doctor visit. 401k isn't too good. Vacation time is pretty good they were really flexible with vacation and time off. They never gave any issues when it came to taking time off as long as you didn't exhaust all your time.
Low amount employee contributes. Great pharmacy plan.
LifeCare provides generous paid time off that can be used as vacation or sick time. Unfortunately, that time off cannot be rolled over too the next year.
