401k match 6%, health insurance offered, vision at almost no cost to the employee, dental is rather inexpensive as well. No bad about the benefits other than health insurance company changes every year and causes riffs between employees and current doctors/chiropractors.

Health Insurance options are great for a family. Additional perks and recognition gifts are a nice touch when you need to feel appreciated. Company has had significant growth but still focused on taking care of its employees and understanding their needs.

The best thing historically has been the matching 401K benefit -- by maxing out at 6%, you received an 8% match up to the max contribution. While still competitive, it has been significantly reduced. Additionally, the company is not as generous as it could be in discretionary contributions to the Plan at the end of the year.
