Best benefits of any company I’ve worked for or heard of. 18 or so days PTO starting out. Good healthcare plans, pension plan & paid lunch breaks.
Many options. Decent costs. Great coverage. Easy access to resources and answers.
In my opinion the benefits package is one of the best, if not the best one out there! This company is non-profit so there is no 401 K plan; its a 403 B retirement plan. The company offers the maximum amount of Tuition Reimbursement as a non-profit organization which is a huge incentive for those that wish to further their education in the medical industry. Healthcare needs are different for everyone, but I feel like there are enough options for everyone and the company does their best to keep as many options open as possible.
Great benefits! Great place to work!
I think the benefits package was about as good as it gets considering there are almost no places with 100% paid health insurance. Ample PTO
Very comprehensive benefits package. Includes good initial PTO.
Great benefits package because of multiple options to choose from
Extremely generous benefits plan! Health/vision/dental are affordable. Pension is amazing for those who need to bulk up their retirement plan. You start of with a 45 min. paid lunch every day, accrue 18 days of PTO in your first year along with 8 holidays and 6 sick days. Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability are provided at no cost by the company.
No benefits for per diems who work equal to or over 40 hrs per week. The 403(b) is the only benefit you receive and is decent depending on how much you contribute. Employer does not contribute or match. Does not reimburse much of the expenses for working for the company.
Strong wages in this area, generous health insurance, and about 3 weeks of vacation to start with. No matching 403(b), but company routinely contributes separately about 9% into another account.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
