I think I got 18 PTO and 11 holiday in my first year, crazy right
Starts at about 3 weeks plus 2 Floating Holidays, then goes up over time
They are very compensating about paid time off and having floating holidays plus sick leave as well as paid lunches it really works out in the employees favor! You can't use benefits until after 90 days but you still earn them from day one so it's awesome

Many times employees utilize this as mental health days as some managers and directors are quite abusive - one director threatened everyone's job at each staff meeting - made people fearfully of losing their job for each and every mistake.
I worked per diem so I did not have to submit for vacation or time off. I just did not put in to work those days.
if in production or clinical positions very hard to get time off when you want or need it. Senior Leadership off or out sick on a monthly basis
very hard to get approved and get time off below Director level employee. Sick time is very punitive and medical leave , maternity leave , will have negative impact on evaluations and performance raise at the company.
