“Best: Matching Worst: eligibility is based on working on the last day of the year otherwise you can’t be vested for that year”
Any decent health insurance is expensive including very high premium/high deductible
Health insurance is good through Aetna, offering many supports, including acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic services. It's got a high deductible, though low premium. 401k matches up to 5%. Other benefits depend on position, length of service, etc.
Job is great with exception of benefits. Vacations are entirely unpaid. Cost to cover yourself, spouse, and children on medical alone is 2k a month. Retirement match is okay.
Health insurance, flexible schedules , 401k with company match
