Training needs to be beefed up considerably.
as a temp employee with a pretty much bi-polar supervisor, I received little to none other than don't get hurt because I don't want to fill out the paperwork.

I was thrown out to sea but luckily I swim well. There was very little training for myself. They sit you in front of a video and make you watch it for a few hours. You are lucky if you get trained at the POS by a competent associate. I was not so lucky.
