Benefits are par with standards. Lots of paid holidays off.
Paid time off is 2 weeks until you have 5 years. This is not negotiable. It goes up to 3 weeks and stays at that level for a decade.
The company gets by with the bare minimum it can provide employees and not break the law
Full Health with hospital and accident indemnity!
Health coverage, 401k, dental, vision
Out of pocket and network
Nothing good employee pays for most everything
The cost of the health insurance vs what the benefits were was not great. It was better for my family to get private insurance from a local insurance agent because it provided better benefits for the same cost
Really good tuition reimbursement
Health insurance was great, 401k just meh, but pay is horrible and vacation was the standard 2 weeks.
