Best - vacation days. Worst - Maternity leave.
The plan is very supportive for employee needs, regarding health, life, and additional benefits for commuting and personal / familial topics.

Internships are paid, and you get discounts for all Lincoln Center shows, merchandise, and certain food vendors. Opportunities for free tickets to shows also come up every now and then.
Tuition reimbursement, life insurance, medical/dental/vision with low employee contributions, generous vacation and paid time off. Will occasionally get offers for free tickets from Lincoln Center or other arts institutions. Just added a new family leave policy.
Entire benefits package is excellent. Employee contribution to medical coverage is very affordable.
