Good health insurance and 401k options.
Good benefits at this organization!
Internships are paid, and you get discounts for all Lincoln Center shows, merchandise, and certain food vendors. Opportunities for free tickets to shows also come up every now and then.
Tuition reimbursement, life insurance, medical/dental/vision with low employee contributions, generous vacation and paid time off. Will occasionally get offers for free tickets from Lincoln Center or other arts institutions. Just added a new family leave policy.
Entire benefits package is excellent. Employee contribution to medical coverage is very affordable.
Great Benefits family backup care provided by the company 10 days in the year
Great benefits package, terrible pay. Managers use the benefits package as an excuse to avoid giving raises.
pretty good for a nfp
Not a ton of company perks, but the healthcare coverage is hard to beat. After 3 years, employees are fully vetted into Lincoln Center's pension plan as well - so that's also hard to beat.
As an intern, there was weekly compensation. Unfortunately, this is not the norm for arts administration internships in New York City so it was much appreciated.
