So horrible. It's a complete rip-off and the company does not pay into it at all - it's 100% paid by the employee. Like 500 a month for a single person - except they try and trick you and say "but it's coming out of your bonus"
Expensive. High deductible. They want you to shop around to find the lowest cost. Not worth having it.

The Lincoln Electric health insurance plan is thorough, covers most preconditions. It also offers dental, vision, and regular check ups. The deductible is reasonable as well.
Too expensive for what you really get.
The HSA costs are high, $8500 for a couple, I believe $11,000 for a family. Last year it was $5500, thanks Obama...
$11,000 for a family in 2017. It all comes out of your bonus at the end of the year and practically consumes all of it.
Worst plan I've ever seen. For 2017 the family plan costs 11,000.
