    So horrible. It's a complete rip-off and the company does not pay into it at all - it's 100% paid by the employee. Like 500 a month for a single person - except they try and trick you and say "but it's coming out of your bonus"

    Backwards. Only 2 weeks off and you only get more weeks if you work there for many years, which is torture itself. They need to move their company out of the 80s

Insurance rates are incredibly expensive with high co-pays and average coverage. The costs of the insurance are taken from your annual bonus which greatly decreases the amount you receive.

This might be the worst employer out there as far as benefits....they don't realize that professional employees have moved beyond having no sick days, only 2 weeks of vacation a year unless you've been working there for a million years. It's completely outdate. No flex work policy - again, they're outdated. The health insurance is horrible; it is a high deductible health plan. It's over 500 dollars a month - which is what you would pay for it on the open market without a job. They try and make it seem like it's great since they claim they pay for the premium every month, but in reality you loose over 6000 from your bonus, which is like 30-40% of your pay every year. It's a total scam.

Benefits are expensive. Health care comes out of the "bonus" which gets smaller every year. If you don't cover the cost of your health care out of your "bonus" they keep your paid check until you cover the cost.

while there are many benefits they are incredibly expensive. they will always say its great and you wont notice them missing because they come out of your bonus but then the bonus is almost nothing especially with the family plan (single male was approx 7k/ year)
