PTO accrual increases with years of employment, 80 hours can be carried over to the next year. There is no separate 'Sick Leave' so you are required to use this PTO for sick days as well.
19 PTO days for the first 5 year, then it gradually increases by service time
PTO tiered level benefits a lot employees who have time with the company, but new hires start off with less PTO than at most other companies.
Paid time off is based on how many years you have been at LFG. You can roll over up to 80 hours.
Flexible use of paid time off
You get a good amount of vacation time but you don't have any time to use it. For example, I started off with 2 weeks vacation but you can't take more than 1 week of it at a time because people book their vacation time a year in advance. If you don't have seniority you basically can't take a vacation.
3.5 weeks to start and additional time with years of service or job level
I appreciate that PTO accrual increases once an employee reached tinier.
14 days of PTO no sick days
There are no vacation benefits offered
