“I can choose whenever i want to work, but without leads you won't have work”
“They give you time to learn the processes and coach you whenever you need it”
“They place and promote the right person to the right position, giving the opportunity to use personal talent and abilities. ”
Great company, cool benefits, work hard to see results
they have a generous quarterly bonus program
Great management, training, culture, but as a new agent they cap you at $700 per household plus they take out 70% from that plus the 30% lead balance. You have to keep making sales to lift the $700 per household cap. So most likely new agents get 20% of the sale especially if you have lead balance from them. If you made a $1200 sale, they will only take $700 from that and then take the percentages out from that. The FCGS program is the best program for families, however it has a costly premium for the families. Well, the program is in the price. The leads are costly as well, it costs $25-33 per lead and some of them don't have phone numbers. Its not worth the price for the lack of information that is available. They also give cash app bonuses which is great. The family culture is great. But if you are new, you will be tempted to buy leads from LH and the payment for the leads will be taken out from your paycheck. You can order leads from other companies which is cheaper, newer, and more info.
their benefits package for their agents is non-existent
You receive Health and Dental insurance if you maintain certain sales quota
Good benefits with decent ability to grow within the company. Management will help you succeed and move up if it's something you want to pursue
They provide ongoing training over the phone
1099 employee, you pay for all expenses, leads, gas, phone etc..
The best thing is that after a certain amount of production you can pay for healthcare through the company but you must maintain that specific production.
None. Commission sales. Sales were infrequent or not at all. Hard to feed family.
