Lincoln provides generous Health, Dental, Vision, Pension, 403B, FSA, Commuter, Life, Long Term Disability and EAP benefits. Additionally, employees enjoy 4 weeks vacation, 18 sick days and 10 paid holidays per year!
Great Benefit! Pro: Better than average Con: N/A
Retirement isn't great; lots of PTO (20 days/year) plus 18 sick days. Kaiser or Sutter Health, low employee contribution. HSA, Commuter Benefits up to $260/month. Few paid holidays, which makes up for high PTO count. No paid parental leave- seems counterintuitive to the mission.
Great vacation and sick time leave. After a year, the organization will contribute a certain % of your salary to retirement. Flexible spending accounts available for healthcare and public transportation. Good health, dental, and vision benefits. Salaries are unfortunately below market.
Lincoln offers a fair benefits package as a non-profit organization. You select every year and make changes only during the open enrollment period. You can different Kaiser options for health care and I think only one vision and dental company.
Only Kaiser for health, but there's PENSION (!!!)
Staff gets a good amount of time off, and management can be flexible about vacations with proper planning.
The best are the health and dental, as long as you're okay with Kaiser, which I am. Doesn't cost me a thing for check ups or routine Doctor visits.
Fantastic benefits: a large selection of health plans, 401k, five weeks paid time off per year, no cost short term therapy is available, mileage reimbursements.
You get full health benefits with Kaiser, even if you only work 1/2 time at 20 hours per week.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
