If you become part of our Star Cast, here are possible benefits for which you may be eligible, depending on your employment status:
Health insurance is offered after a period of time, company paying half.
Best thing is paid vacation and sick days. Worst thing is that there are not enough of them
The benefits package offered at Lindamood-Bell sounds very good, however the Clinicians are not usually eligible. You must be full time and many of the Clinicians are not quite full time so I can not speak to the specific benefits myself.
There is a very narrow window to make any changes to your health insurance. After that you are on your own.

I have honestly no idea; I'm hourly so I'm not eligible. From what I've seen, I imagine it's not very generous.
Dental was great and vision was fine. Medical cost an absolute fortune! I was lucky to be covered under my wife's plan because I couldn't afford it, even with making a decent salary.
It's okay but because I am only a seasonal employee it's kinda not so great in terms of benefits... but these supposedly get better as you accumulate more hours.
Their are no benefits for part-time employees.
PTO is accrued on a rolling basis, and sick time is accrued separately.
