    The benefits package offered at Lindamood-Bell sounds very good, however the Clinicians are not usually eligible. You must be full time and many of the Clinicians are not quite full time so I can not speak to the specific benefits myself.

    There is a very narrow window to make any changes to your health insurance. After that you are on your own.

    I have honestly no idea; I'm hourly so I'm not eligible. From what I've seen, I imagine it's not very generous.

    Dental was great and vision was fine. Medical cost an absolute fortune! I was lucky to be covered under my wife's plan because I couldn't afford it, even with making a decent salary.

    It's okay but because I am only a seasonal employee it's kinda not so great in terms of benefits... but these supposedly get better as you accumulate more hours.

    PTO is accrued on a rolling basis, and sick time is accrued separately.

    The company offers some good benefits but they could do a better job of letting their employers know about them.

    The best thing about the benefits package is cheap eye and dental insurance, free life-insurance, and how fast PTO accrues. You also get paid closure time for the hours you would have worked if a site closes due to a snow day. The worst thing: Health insurance is offered but at extremely high monthly premiums/deductibles. Once the deductible is covered, LMB will pay for just about everything, but the deductible itself is pretty much unreachable, saving some disaster.
