LvHJ’s mentoring program serves to provide personal growth and career advancement to all position levels within the firm. The program generates candid, constructive, and timely communication about the individual’s concerns or questions and provides potential solutions. Here is how it works – after 90 days of employment, staff choose one of our Seniors, Managers, Principals or Partners to be their mentor. It is a self-directed program, so staff get to set the goals, initiate meetings, and determine whether the particular mentor-mentee relationship is working for them. Regular check-ins with human resources help to ensure the program is a valuable one.
