401k, education reimbursement, relocation. The 3 year pay back period is quite long.
Great environment and people who were passionate about their craft and the industry. Great pay and benefits. Nothing really bad to say about the company.
Best thing about it is that it exist if you work full time. Worst thing about it is they hardly hire full time.
The managers walkin sometimes and act like they own you. The majority of people if you work in the mall only want free stuff. It is a calm place to make money and burn money (in a good way)
Decent time off but vacation and sick time are lumped into one. Great if you are not sick often.
I think they did have options for full time employees for 401k and insurance packages but I was part time.
Paid time off bank is generous
4 weeks of PTO when you first start
4 dental cleanings annually is unreal!! Medical coverage and 401K are better than average so I am thankful for that. Worst thing about the benefits package is the MATERNITY policy. Basically you go on disability so you get 60% of your pay for 5 weeks and no pay for the next 6 weeks if you choose not to rush back to work. This is shocking based on how many women work for the company and HR is run by mostly females.
Not fair as part time benefits are not equal to full time as paid holidays are not offered to part time
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
