Overall, it's slightly above average. Health insurance is not nearly as generous as other companies I have worked for. Vacation and PTO is very strong. Some progress in maternity and paternity leave.
Time Off (over 20 days in your first year)
Not great maternity leave but good vacation time . Health benefits are ok. Dental and vision are good. Flex policy varies by manager
Sick and vacation lumped together is a terrible policy. 3 weeks of vacation to start (industry benchmark) sounds good but only if you aren't ever sick and you never have sick kids. Materity policy is awful compared to other cpg companies. Not a great place to work if you are a working mom. You could easily use up much of your vacation dealing with occassionally sick kids.
401k, education reimbursement, relocation. The 3 year pay back period is quite long.
Great environment and people who were passionate about their craft and the industry. Great pay and benefits. Nothing really bad to say about the company.
Best thing about it is that it exist if you work full time. Worst thing about it is they hardly hire full time.
The managers walkin sometimes and act like they own you. The majority of people if you work in the mall only want free stuff. It is a calm place to make money and burn money (in a good way)
