Not the best, not the worst. Frankly the fact that they offer benefits even to contractors is encouraging.
You get nothing until you been there one year, you may get promised a bonus but she will take it back every day
Very expensive health insurance, HMO/PPO are terrible and difficult to navigate. No PTO until after 1 year of employment. No paid holidays until you have been with the company 90 days. No 401k until after 1 year of employment. No flexibility in work hours. No remote work. No overtime pay. No holiday pay.
There are no company perks. They expect you to work for free. Work long hours in the evening and the weekends. They even make us work in sweltering heat with no air conditioning. All their health benefits or over priced. In reality only the people who have favoritism from the CEO and her family members will be allowed to utilize any of the offered full benefits. It's an unfair work place for "minorities" of any kind to work as well. Meaning anyone who is NOT a white female. That means ALL others are treated unfairly and allowed to do the jobs for which they are hired. Then eventually pushed out. .
Overpriced HMO if you need ANY benefits for your family. NO PPO insurance available NO PTO
Over priced and terrible coverage
