Wellness benefit of $1700/year for sports etc paid bi-annually. Must submit receipts through expense tool, and the post tax amount is paid.
Company provides DTO (Discretionary Time Off) meaning you can take unlimited paid vacation time with manager approval, 50% 401K matching, and $2K in perk dollars which can be used for pet/child care, wellness, tax preparation/financial consulting, etc. Company also provides a week shutdown during 4th of July and from Christmas to New Year's Day.
The benefits at LinkedIn are outstanding. Employees get *free* coverage with no deductible and $10 doctor visits. 401K reimbursement is half of what you put in, up to the legal limit. This is just the beginning of the awesome perks.
