Recruiter at Trinity Life Sciences mentioned, Manager at Trinity manages 4-5 projects, has 4-5 direct reports, involved in delivery of projects, boasted they do a lot of core strategy work. Trinity pay scale for M is way below industry standards, benefits are crappy, work life balance is awful. I looked into some M’s at Trinity LinkedIn profiles, M had barely 2-3 years of work experience out of school. Seems a very under qualified group of individuals, wonder if clients are substandard too..

Hello everyone! I never thought I would be in this situation. I was laid off from Linkedin in March. I have been applying to and interviewing for CSM positions like that is my job. Im not sure why I have not been able to land a position. I have more than 10 years of experience in client facing, data analysis and benefits. Anyone out there that could refer me or point me in a different direction? My situation is becoming critical! TIA!
