Fantastic benefits, fantastic place to work.
The paperwork to deal with an HRA is annoying, but it keeps overall health insurance costs to $0 per year
You get 2 weeks paid time off, which is lower than the national average for service works, let alone tech workers Their medical covers 100% of costs, but you have to pay upfront and get those items reimbursed.
Unless there was some confusion with our policy, as outlined in our handbook, Linode starts all new employees with 144 hours of paid time off, or approx 3.5 weeks, regardless of the position. This information is carefully reviewed with all employees as part of their job offer prior to starting employment with us.
What the insurance covers and the doctors you have to go to to use it mean that most employees just end up paying out of pocket to see a doctor in a reasonable time or for a reasonable cost.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
