I work from home and set my own hours. Great for people like me (disabled and/or stay at home parent)
The hours are not always available, but when they are it gives the rater flexibility to work when it best fits his or her schedule.
The best part of the job. As long as you make your hours for the week, you can do as little as you want on any given day. You can work at any time of day as well.
It allows flexible hours for my position and allows working 32 hours as full time employee.
They don't pay for training, so you always end up working extra hours you to make up for the uncompensated training hours.
Hours are flexible so you can work at your own pace.
For a night owl like myself while I had the opportunity to work late hours my time, they never really had many tasks for me to do. There was really no point to have this to supplement my full time work.
