The premiums are high, especially for families. But they do have vision, dental, and medical insurance. With the 401K, Lionbridge has company match payments.
They pay and package are very decent. I'm quite happy.
Low salaries. Bonuses cut. Health coverage is terrible with high premiums. Eliminated rollover PTO. No maternity or paternity leave. No additional perks
there were no benefits for the home-based worker.
there were no benefits for the home-based worker
I'm a Part Time worker, and I still get benefits. I've never had a job that gave benefits to anyone other than Full Time.
Only basic health care insurance is offered. Full-time employees and contract employees have different benefit packages.
Only benefit is work from home.
Benefits are terrible. Health is expensive with awful coverage, company doesn’t kick anything in towards high deductibles. They recently revoked rollover PTO, 401k is ok- all other benefits are the bare minimum.
Nice that part-time employees can have 401k, but other benefits are week.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
