Headquarter employees recently “lost” this option. everyone is supposed to be in the office every day but it’s not consistently enforced.

I am a disabled Stay At Home Dad and this allows me to set my own hours. I can work as little as I want or as much as I want (up to 20 hours/week). It's amazing and a real Godsend to me.

Flexibility and the opportunity to work from home is nice but it is also isolating and can make you feel disconnected and unappreciated.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Interpreter in Grand Junction, Colorado

It is nice to be able to work from home, however it is also isolating because they do not provide interpreters with any contact information with other interpreters.

You have time to go school, to clean your house, and to cook. You can do all of that because you are your own boss. You clock in when you want. But the less you work, the less you will likely be paid.
