Headquarter employees recently “lost” this option. everyone is supposed to be in the office every day but it’s not consistently enforced.
I am a disabled Stay At Home Dad and this allows me to set my own hours. I can work as little as I want or as much as I want (up to 20 hours/week). It's amazing and a real Godsend to me.
there is no benefit at all. Like literally!
A lot of PMs can get a company computer and work from home but they still want you in the office more often than not
It is amazing. All my work is done out of office and my project manager is really good with communication which is the key to successfully work from home.
Amazing flexibility and great pay
Complete flexibility, can work up to 20 hours per week.
Flexibility and the opportunity to work from home is nice but it is also isolating and can make you feel disconnected and unappreciated.
It is nice to be able to work from home, however it is also isolating because they do not provide interpreters with any contact information with other interpreters.
You have time to go school, to clean your house, and to cook. You can do all of that because you are your own boss. You clock in when you want. But the less you work, the less you will likely be paid.
