Nothing negative to report. Very generous 401k, good healthcare, etc.
The benefit package excludes most major holidays, accrument of paid time is very minimal netting at 10 days per year. Most of my health ended up being out of pocket and out of network even on the Premium and platinum plans. There is no HR department, resources or support. Most employees are intimidated to talk to the man who runs finance and is the only resource for benefits.
LT acts like their perks are great, but they don't really exist. They barely offer any vacation days and you are discouraged from taking them. They hardly offer any personal time and act like you're a complete slacker for ducking our 20 minutes early for a dentist appointment. As a woman-owned business that primarily employs women, they should be ashamed of their maternity leave policy. Their health insurance is a bit expensive, but the Difference card offsets the cost.
You will never go hungry here!
I am not familiar with the benefits package as a former intern.
The lack of maternity leave at a company predominately women is short-sighted. Vision insurance is such a valuable asset, it would be great if even optional insurance were available to cover this.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
