Vacation: 28 days are front loaded January 1 and expire Dec 30. New employees get pro-rated based on hire date on hire date. You also get 10 holidays dependent on location. Additional days provided for sick, bereavement, and paternity leave. This policy is better than unlimited vacation. Outings/Retreats: We used to all travel to Boston twice a year. As Litmus has grown, this has been dialed back. What this will look like in the future is still up in the air. Retirement: We have switched providers a few times, but they continue to provide up to 4% matching Health Insurance: Dependent on your location, US outside of Massachusetts you have the options of a PPO or HDHP. If you choose to go with a HDHP, Litmus contributes to your HSA. Good vision and dental. Employee premiums are low. Stock options: Small but reasonable stock option
