Our manager was not the best at making our schedules and giving people days off that they requested, but the fellow Co workers always helped out and took shifts for each other no matter what
The worst thing is that if you dare ask for flexible hours, you th e n find your Ares are permanently reduced.
obviously little hours means little pay, but if you show your worth you can move up quickly. and once you do hit over 40 hours the pay is alot better
Very flexible hours, but you don't really want to ask for time off since you only get about 8 hours a week as it is.
you don't get days you want off sometimes and the general maneger does not know how to make a proper schedule so you normally have a terrible schedule
You could work the hours to get the job done.
They are very flexible with scheduling
You have to work Monday Night to do inventory, P&L, etc (which was my favorite night when it was slow and you get the time to see how well you did for the week). You also have to work the two busiest days: Friday & Saturday. The rest of the days are flexible but it has to be scheduled during dinner's rush hour. The week has to total 50 hours. Flexible enough?
Everyone is part-time except managers.
Due to the fact that I was a student, they worked around my schedule.
