The only benefit that I know of was that your lunch was half off and you could work as many as 40 hours a week.
The best thing is the medical. Dental is not that great though

Since everyone is considered part-time, the only benefit is a 20% discount (which is only on pizza, up to only 2 pizzas). Bonuses are extremely rare and are about 25 cents. Sometimes you get free food, but not often.
