No time off unless you scheduled it and talk with the manager, No healthcare and we got 50 percent off. We had 7 am meetings which was not what we wanted when we close the store at 12.
Employees could have free food during their shift but because of that employees didn't get a discount. I'm not sure but I think employees could request time off, but it was unpaid
The employee discount so far is all i know about the benefits of working for this company. I'm sure up the ladder there may be more in management. Job training is only offered to soon to be managers. But depending on the manager, your hours are very flexible. Don't worry if you have a 2nd job, they will work around them.
